Room Rates Residential Fees Management will charge the following according to the type of unit as follows: Studio $170(Twin Share + Ensuite) 1 Bedroom + Study (Twin Share + Ensuite) $190 to $230 2 Bedroom + Study (Twin Share + Ensuite, Bedroom 2, Bedroom 3 - Open) $190(regular) $230(en-suite) Optional Utility Levy: Data Port Access, Telephone Port Access, Foxtel Satellite PayTV Undercover Car Parking: min 4 week contract $20/week per car On Successful Application: Administration fee $100 + 2 weeks refundable security deposit + 4 weeks of the weekly rent, of the chosen "room type" ($170 - $230 weekly per bed) PLEASE NOTE: • Rent is payable 4 weeks in advance. • Refer to Rental terms and conditions of Occupancy and House Rules for further information. • Rates are subject to change without notice. |
